The local state prison is called RJ Donovan and is located in Otay Mesa, right next to the border. There are about 5000 male inmates there at any given time. We are grateful for a good relationship with Chaplain Brown, and have been visiting the guys at Donovan for about 4 years.

NCCC Easter Sunrise Service
Fantastic! What a gorgeous morning it was! It was picture perfect. Clear sky, chilly but mild, and a wonderful way to celebrate the Resurrection of Jesus. It was great to see all of you.
Many received the Lord and many were baptized right there in the ocean immediately after the service. It was incredible!
